I agree. I know of one case for sure that I never received royalties because cue sheets were never turned in. My PRO did nothing to follow up even when I told them about it. Yes, I was told by ASCAP to check with your publisher for delinquent cue sheets. Makes sense, since they're in contact with the clients. John
