Dang! That's pretty, John. Pulled me right into that old saloon, and I could picture Miss Kitty wending her way slowly down the stairs. And there's a touch of nostalgia in the melody, which appeals to me. Donna

In case you have not observed or heard, this guy's fingers are as nimble as his brain. The imagery John creates with his music are entertaining, inspiring and so creative. We are fortunate to have him share his creations with us here at JPF. Thanks, John... you have indeed, captured the feeling of the "Longbranch Saloon" for us. Enjoyed! ----Dave

Though I'm losing some nimbleness’ in my fingers due to arthritis. The surgeon told me there was an operation he could perform that would probably help. But I would lose usage for 6 months. Not an option for me, unless I start composing one-hand piano. Happy it captured the Long Branch Saloon feel for you. Best, John

Nice sound with those trills in there. Good melody, easy to listen to. Wouldn't surprise me if you have this one picked up.

Had to do another Saloon track today. Titled "Wagon Wheel Saloon". Had those wagon wheels going around in my head while composing. Best, John

Hey John, Yeehaaaa..... ! Yep, spot on. My granddad was a dance hall piano player, and liked it so much, that one night, they left him locked up in the dance hall, much inebriated and still playing to no-one in the early hours. Grandma was not impressed when the local constabulary heard him, and took him home and deposited him on the front porch. Great tune John. I'll bet it gets picked up within a month. cheers, niteshift

John,I don't know why but both of these make me smile. Wagon Wheel is a little more sophisticated than Long Branch...maybe a higher class joint? Ricki

Hi John, They make me smile too. There’s a whole bunch of cheerfulness in these songs...fun and full of life! You bring us right into the saloon! I enjoyed listening to them! Kristi
