To JPF members in Arkanas, Mississippi and Tennessee I am working with the Delta Cultural Center to present a new festival: Mother's Best Music Festival. The name is taken from a radio show in the 1940's which featured regional artist who where music innovators. We hope to build an event that showcases the diverse range of music, organizations, and performers in the region. I have attached our "invitation" to artist and organizations. We are offering a chance for regional artist, and organizations to be part of the festival at no cost. We will provide the booths (tent and all) and you provide the volunteers to highlight your mission, artist or work. We hope this will become a networking event and celebration for artist in the region. Please join us and pass the invitaton.
