Hi Guys, I have very slowly been completing the new Instrumental CD as well as trying to finish off older vocal songs. Two other instrumentals are in the works. This mp3 is Song #4 (1:26) going straight into Song #5 (2:58) so it's pretty short. They both NEED titles, so any thing at all that comes to mind on either please let me know. 1- Song #4 1:26 a friend of mine left his mandolin at my house, so naturally This is my third time playing one and the mood was right. I wanted to make a small piece of music for the CD with it. 2- Song #5 2:56 I had this up unfinished a ways back, it's done but needs a title as well. I added an analog synthesizer to it and some mellow guitar embellishments. One thing in it bothers me slightly but i may let it go, I'm tortured enough Instrumental Song #4 into Song #5 (run time 4:18)www.substudiomusic.com/InstFourFive.mp3All instruments played by Produced & engineered by Mike CaroTo really get the impact try using headphones

Hi Mike. I love the two instrumentals, especially #5. You could call #4, Mondo Mando (which means Huge Mandolin). I'll have to think on #5 a little.

Greg Hi Greg, I actually used Mando as an abbreviation/working title. Thanks Louis - "After The RAin" is nice title. I'll keep that one in mind and on the list....

Awesome, Bro Great to hear you at work! For some reason, the phrase "They don't live there anymore" popped into my brain on the hookiest line in #5. Probably a dumb name for an instrumental Looking forward to the CD! Scott

I liked them both, Mike. I think they both sounded quite uplifing and positive, the first like some new corporate sounding stuff, and the second like some nice nu jazz or fusion.
Not sure about titles but uplifing mood to them both, and images of something 'sunny' came to me while listining to no 1 and something about 'new dawn' with the second.
