Hey folks....been lying low lately....too hot here....really can't record much during this weather for various reasons at my home....anywho.... First....what a great track by Mr. Kaufman...I adapted a song lyrically I have posted here before....Tom Breshers and his Timeless Band did the original backing for this song....so now we have two versions...vocally I didn't hit this one the way I wanted to...missed a few notes....lol....old age....it gets tougher....no lie....so be easy on me.... I heard this song as a soul tune....ala..."When A Man Loves A Woman" type song...it's not even close to that classic...lol....but you know what I'm talking about.... Also....Welcome back to my good friend Tom Breshers.....I hope all your health issues are doing better....I could never thank Tom enough for all the help he has given me here.....what a great guy....look forward to talking to you.....Why don't you post "My Friend The Blues"....one of your best...imho.... This challenge thing of Mark's has been so fun to listen to! What a different take everyone has on this track.
Mr. Bob, Dude, yer a soul singer fer sure! You've made the lyrics and delivery such a perfect match with Mark's composition.

When I heard this track I felt it was perfect for you Bob. You brought your own unique style. Nice song and great vocals. Hope niteshift bumps you up from the Holiday Inn to a classier hotel.
