I just joined this site today, and I've wasted too much time at work posting and reading others' posts.

I like how everything is broken up into regional chapters. And whaddya know...I live in Lafayette! So I guess I belong here.

I posted on another board about looking for an urban band/producer. I've tried my search on indianapolismusic.net to no avail. Hopefully I'll get some bites on here.

Scroll down the Indy board and find a post
by Leeanna. She was in Lafayette too, so you
may have a contact closer to home. The Indy
board can be kind of slow, but every now and
then things heat up. I'm not really in Indy
these days, but I like to keep in touch with
the hometown folks. I hope you can hook up
with Mikel, and Arminta. They are great
folks, and very active playing in and around
Indy. Also, Brian Austin Whitney lives there,
but he's on "Road Trips" so much of the time,
it may be awhile before you get to meet him.

Hey, thanks for the tip, Emmit! I replied to Leeanna, so hopefully she will see it.

This place has been really cool so far, so I'm hoping it will lead to some good networking. Everyone is very helpful! Hope to meet everyone in person in the future.
