I like doing footage from other people's videos as well as where I live with my own footage for issues I care about. I don't travel. I am not out for a profit making venture yet. Though I would insist on dividing the money up equally if I did for others footage.
But what are the copyright requirements with video and what can get used from the other?
The earth and sky has not been copywritten as far as I know, or the nations capital for that matter.
