Congrats Marvin! Getting nominated is the best part of any awards. My advice: Look up and contact your fellow nominees. Send them a congrats note and if you didn't already know them, make the attempt to connect. If even one of them becomes a friend or continued contact/networker/co-writer etc. then you get that much more out of the nomination.
This is advice I give all our nominees as well. Many life long friendships and high level collaborators and important contacts develop that way.
Congrats. Getting ANY sort of notification for your music is a win these days. Make the most of it now before they finish it and move on!
