In fact, for many of us, if we have to sit for too long, we will probably feel restless and anxious. I have never really considered myself to be one of the so-called Type A folks who need to be moving all their waking hours, and yet they are the ones who have been in the drivers seat for the past four decades.

This would be a great subject for a song, and probably the closes hit song to this theme many have been "Stop and Smell the Roses", which may well have been a decade before it's time. Judging by the song you posted, you probably would be the natural one to produce something on the above mentioned topic.
