Sounds like this one could be meant for the punk-rock crowd. This what you had in mind?
In the real world I believe there are fewer women in this mode than there are so-called "skirt chasers". Not sure said behavior today is as much in vogue as it once was. Good idea for song though. Could be the opposite gender equivalent of the Herman Hermits' song "Dandy".
