Martin we currently have a trade agreement among the US, Canada and Mexico that was negotiated by him and highly touted by him and which is up for renegotiation in a year.

Are you then in agreement he can violate that on some border security pretext? Are you in agreement he should use tariffs destructively and vindictively in a way that harms ordinary people in both countries?

And I keep saying Canadians are very well informed and enabled to reach credible media sources free from US noise and influence.

We trust our mainstream media much more than you do I think, and personally I dig into what is important to me.

If you believe that he is being bombastic and just playing his art of the deal, by all means. I know you think things though and your opinion is respected.

But I take no comfort in it and neither should any Canadian.
