As the crow flies, it is 348 miles from Moscow to Kyiv. It's further than that from my house to Amarillo. (Amarillo is 598, still in Texas) Large parts of the Ukraine are in rubble. The war has been going on for 3 years and there are hundreds of thousands dead. Putin has a large battle-hardened army entrenched in the east.
If Putin does not gain something to show the Russian people, he is not going to leave. What do you suggest be done? What will be the mission goal of your suggestion?
Form your suggestion around a solution that excludes US Treasury money (debt), US weaponry and US soldiers. Limit it to Canada and Europe.
Is anything viable?
