Phase 1 Record cover
-pick a song, determine # of measures
-sing song to a click track
-record drums listening to singing and click track
-sing song again with more effort and technique
-record strings....ukulele, guitar, both? ( single track for chords + second track play along for pan flex)
-add bass guitar ( care with bass as adds muddy dominance...try to be light with it in mix) & set mids to 0 seems to elim white noise
-eliminate vocal, mix down, save template for my own original lyric/ melody.
Phase 2 Create original song
-sing cover lyric - change melody?
-sing new lyric - keep original melody?
-sing new lyric - sing new melody.

"The great thing about a dream come true, is that it is born with a great appetite. That appetite keeps it growing and evolving and it swallows up all those other dreams you have and spits them back out as reality as well." -Brian Austin Whitney
