Regarding the judge and jury...
The award has been set aside by a NY appellate court. It conflicts with the 8th amendment, designed to prevent the govt from drilling people into the ground with fines.
What does that tell you about the overall situation?

there had been loans that were not re-paid
If un-paid lending institutions were suing for damages
And then, the govt came in with charges...I could see this as legit.
But they did not.
The feds passed on it.
Hostile NY politicians made destroying him their only campaign promise.
James et al pieced together some federal and state laws to make a case
A hostile jury found him guilty
A hostile judge attempted to bury him in fines, and those fines were shut down in NY on appeal.

All loans were paid. No banks complained. No one suffered any economic damages except those under the narrative dreamed up by James.
We both know that no one else on earth would have had these charges brought against them except Trump...by James who swore to "get him" if elected.

QUESTION: Is it actually going on or just more "Russian collusion," distortions rattled out by Rachel Maddow et al every night.

the problem I see with America these days is everything, absolutely everything is being politicized. The Fed, the CDC, the judges, the courts. Trump keeps claiming these are dems that are not doing their job correctly and replacing them with his own thugs and Fox people. He’s creating a swamp he said he wanted to drain. His “followers” follow him blindly. This is the end of democracy. Every time Trump has a problem, he blames the dems. It’s always a witch hunt. I don’t fall for that like many Republicans do. Marty, if you look at what you wrote, you might notice what I’m describing.
I saw the January 6 resurrection unravel live. He sent his supporters to the Capital and told them to fight like hell and they did just that. They fought with the police, broke into the building and wanted to hang his VP. People died that day and Trump was not held accountable for what he did. He pardoned everyone who was there and supported him that day. That says it all, Marty. Did he do those other things they claim he did? I think Elvis nailed it. He gets away with it because he has good lawyers and because he knows how to cover his tracks. I heard they could release the complete Epstein files immediately if they wanted to. I’m sure Trump won’t let that happen. He’s probably going to say that the files were created by the dems, they are fake and therefore shouldn’t be released. I sure hope this time his “followers” don’t follow him.
