I was given permission from Harlan Rogers to market this song, but since this is a performance how would that work? I would have to have a new piano player and sax player do it? I know I posted lyrics for it, but just as instrumental it would be so good in a movie or for sync. (maybe?) Did the performers sign a release for this? You'd have to know that first. The performers would sign something like this: "I hereby waive any and all rights whatsoever in connection with the master recording(s) hereunder and the records, including any and all royalties or other payments in connection with the sales of the records". Harlan Rogers should know this. Good luck!
