Hi, Anne. It's post holiday something, alright. I used to be so disciplined with exercise. I walked 2-4 miles 3 or 4 times/week. Then, when we started house hunting, selling, moving, etc.......I got all out of whack. Then, I started working a bunch of overtime, then I had plantar fascitis (which is very painful) for 6 months. I finally found my "umph" to get back to it like it is a religion. No pun intended.

"Grits is one of those country-boy words that is both singular and plural-like deer, elk and sheep. I think the singular is appropriate when there's a modifier that makes it clear one is talking about something specific. Like, 'Grits are good for you, but these here grits is tasty.'"~~Joe Wrabek
