Nicely written article, though not the most pleasant subject, Noel.  Reminds me of the first time I adamantly refused my Father. We had moved to a new home in the 'burbs. He decided to clean the septic tank and said I should help. I got one whiff and vamoosed. I was 14. Told him he could beat me, ground me for life, but no way was I getting near that stinch!
