Don, I like the song. To be completely honest with you I'm way more impressed with your songwriting than I am the vocalist. I know that I'm in the minority on this one: The singer is great but I prefer an artist that is distinguishable rather than a-typical(artistic rather than commercially viable). Your song is right on target w/ the current country atmosphere, and you could have a hit on your hands!! I do believe your intentions have been realized, because I really can see this song as a theme to a sitcom.
