Hi Jody! Yes I have Windows. I think we did that a couple of times. I changed the password a couple of times and it kept happening. Then I gave up. Now I am not sure I ever want to try that again. Thanks for you great advice! I appreciate it! Tammy www.TammyEdwards.com
