The new Finale Notepad 2008 is even better than it used to be. It can now open midi files which should be helpful to a lot of our songwriters who add midi tracks. A midi device can also be connected to let the application transcribe directly. There is actually a tutorial that comes with the program and a pretty extensive help file.
