Let's examine the Privacy Act that has been instituted since 9/11. Read it the next time you're at a doctor's office. It authorizes the exchange, between businesses, for business purposes, of any personal information you disclose. It's actually a "forfeiture of privacy" document. After you read it, hand it back to the receptionist unsigned. Guess what. They won't treat you unless you sign it. Why? Ask. Then post it here. I dare you.
