Again, I can't find anything that provides specifics on this. Let's say you get a cut with an artist on a major label and your cut is released as a single. The album and single are both released on May 1.
Approximately when will you receive your first mechanical royalties check?
Approximately when will your publisher receive the first performing rights royalties check and how long will it take for him to pay you the writer's share?
How often are mechanical royalties paid out and how often are performing rights royalties paid out? Quarterly? Annually?
