Caroline: This has got a great gospel feel. Great easy to get lyrics with punch and honesty. My only idea here, is to build in a lift into it. i.e., as you get into the song, bring in additional voices and instruments- not too many- but slowly one at a time build it until you have rousing end to the song. WHen I am listening now its promising a knock out punch but sorta pulls that punch and ends softly, which is fine for some, but I started getting a strong Aretha feel in the middle here (Good work Letha!). I would say just think: where would Aretha go with it?
Very good work!

"If you are stuck in your musical composing, be unreasonable. Change your environment. If you are stuck in your lyrical efforts, instead of forcing the same old words out, force yourself to do unreasonable things." -Brian Austin Whitney
