Seems the lack of work in studios, and an ever decreasing road show schedule, has many very good musicians looking to the internet to provide an income in sparse times. An industry in decline, independent projects on the increase, free music on the internet, all have contributed to some fantastic musicians looking for work on the internet. They work on a pay per track basis, and for a lot less than they get when they work in local studios at scale.
