If you're going to do this, you might want to take things one step further and divide things up between people who:
(A) Would just like to share their work.
(B) Only want pats on the back and praise.
(C) Are open to constructive criticisms that will help them grow as writers.

You can probably delete the Video forum. Unanswered posts sit there for weeks (or months) at a time.
