I think you're on the right track, but I wish it was more direct in it's criticism of the anti freedom agendas at play. It sets it up, but things like our bill of rights, free and fair elections taken over by special interest money and corruption, being fought by thousands of fellow citizens putting their own freedom and lives at stake to tell the truth about the corruption they saw and experienced but are being ignored or attacked by fellow citizens simply because their team won, without regard of the fact this corruption can and does cut both ways depending on the race and candidates. Once the election integrity is lost, both parties are free to cheat without regard or worry for being caught. We'll never have this many whistle blowers across so many states again. And next time they'll cheat even better by covering their tracks better. This is seen as partisan because of one race, but these cheating operations are used to stop populist candidates from both parties as well as independents from making headway against the establishment of both parties. Who in the world believes Lisa Murkowski won Alaska's Senate race honestly via write in? Not possible without rampant cheating and ballot stuffing. That's one of many who have cheated from both parties. Not to mention all the illegal money and immoral "legal" money buy votes.
I think your song could serve the principles it seems to stand for much more effectively and could make a difference and be adopted by those on the front lines of the fight for everything your song is about. It may find an audience as is, but could make an impact so much bigger with depth on the issues. This barely touches the surface.
It's well performed and produced otherwise, continued success.
