I'm happy with lyrics and melody , He'll track it for more colorful acoustic track , no frills sing it... violins in chorus , No harmony , Bare bones Dom its switched up a bit then YT vid . But mostly cowboy chords a Fflat 5th , so i look important
Fiverr is a bit over priced on full blown demos , I'd rather use BZ on that new God song he did, Or Nashville . Fiverr kinda thinks they're hot [naughty word removed].......... Logically all you can do is give fans what you got in your own vibe , hope they get you out of 50 trillion songs Lets face it were not beating majors with billion dollar budgets

Yeah, unfortunately fans and/or listeners of music don't care if the average joe has the money to make a modern sounding production that sounds like it belongs in radio.
They just know it doesn't sound as good as Green Day or Foo Fighters, or Taylor Swift. Therefore, in their minds you aren't as good.
Homemade recordings or budget recordings are ok, but are not enough to excite people.
Acoustic songs work better when the song is known already, not on first impressions ..
Now that pretty good sounding recordings are within reach, yours needs to be better than that.
I follow alot of indies, some are so good it's amazing to me they ain't stars. But when you see them strumming an acoustic in a bar on YouTube, the sound from their recording and the bar is so drastically different, ud wonder if it was the same guy.
That's why getting signed used to be so important, top studios, top producers, top PR people, etc.
But even a step smaller, as a Songwriter, your demos need to be the record basically.
Most of all, you need fans who get you. You may think your writing the greatest story of all, unless they can hear it, identify with it, it means [naughty word removed] to them.
They need to connect, I think that happens most on live venues. Not online.
But I do understand music biz works different today
