God Didn't Send Me on No Guilt Trip Here on Planet Earth He Sent Me Here to Raise Consciousness & Raise Hell..for All It's Worth!
He Asked Me to Raise Some Eyebrows & Endure a Bit of Scorn & to Be Kind To..Who I Woke Up..Next To On Each & Every Morn!
God Didn't Send Me on No Guilt Trip With Whiskey On My Breath He Sent Me Here to Enjoy Each Day & To Party..Half-to-Death!
Told Me to Goad The Smug Ones & Tick-Off "Holier-Than-Thous" To Raise a Whole LOTTA Questions & to SHAKE them Half-Made Vows!
(BRIDGE) Now I Admit..It's A Thankless Job & It Gets Harder..Every Day But When I Set..A Bad Example He Likes to Watch Them Doubters Pray!
And God Didn't Send Me on No Guilt Trip When He Opened My Eyes Wide He made ME a "Father Figure" When I had 2 Kids by My Bride
I Told 'Em "HERE Might Just Be HEAVEN" and "THERE just Might Be HELL".."So Be SURE to Give God CREDIT for It & Your Lives should Turn Out Well!"
(TAG) "Hey Kids, Don't Be a Fool: Obey God's Golden Rule & Your Life Should End Up Well!"

Good Late Eve Here, Big G!
Guess I had the Kids "By Way Of" my Bride...heh! Decent Pedigree, anyways..She's Half Swiss/I'm 1/8! Took from 1718 for the Bloodlines to go Full-Circle--Sons are now English-German-Dutch-French-Swiss- American..(Yikes!) Good-Heacock-Kister-Sherrick (Shirk..back in the 1718 Basel Days)-Humbert-Megnin-Carburet-Girardin..a Veritable Euro-UN of DNA!
As for the "Soapbox"..I'd say Both Sides got their Shots In..& maybe a few Christians will read "Hawaii", so it's been a Good Eve among The Breatheren. ;-)>
& Now, Each Side's for sure Inspired to write "The Battle Hymn of the Whole She-bang", so I'd call it Inspiration At Its Best, Eh?
Thanks for Another Mighty Kind Visit, Amigo! Nighty Night & a Big Guy-Hug, Stan

Stan, I got a giggle out of this one. However, if it clouds up at your house today, you'd better run. ![[Linked Image]](http://www.justplainfolks.org/ubb/smile.gif)

G'Mornin' Beautiful!
I allus Remain On Speakin' Terms with The Deity. He/She knows me for what i am, & always gets Credit for what I'll Be, Whenever.
And...Thanks to Him/Her, it's gonna be Sunny & in Mid-70's Today. (Lucky The Deity's got a Sense of Humor, eh?) ;-)>
Thanks for the Kind Visit & Li'l Warnin' Shot! (Tampa's for ages billed itself as the "Lightning Capital of the World"...& I've lived here 31 Years now...{Been Missed TWICE by Strikes..15 and 20 feet away..already!}...so Yeah, I'm Very Aware I'm "Subject to Recall"..heh!)
Big Weekend Hugs, Stan

Whoopsie, Missed Ya Bill...La Femme's not done makin' Coffee yet.. ;-)>
I honestly Don't Know WHY The Deity's let me Slide-By for 58 Years, when my Bio Dad, A VERY Regular Church-goer, got Yanked at age 29 when I was 4...Same Day as his Weddin' Anniversary. (Mom wasn't real Happy he'd decided to go Elk Huntin' that day...heh!) Come to think of it, I haven't made MY Wife as Happy as she Coulda Been...
"Yeah Honey...I'll make the Coffee today, OK?"
The Things we Do for Love, eh?
Happy Weekend, Bro! Thanks for the Kind Visit & Words, & A Big Weekend Guy-Hug, Stan

Hey Stan, This was another fun romp. I think it's a terrific perspective . . . party hard, but always try to follow the Golden Rule. You're my kinda guy Stan. Very clever idea and IMO nicely developed as well! Larry ------------------ www.taylormadesongs.com

G'mornin' Twanger!
Thanks for the Kind Words, Amigo!
Here's a Short Sermon for ya..heh:
I wake up every Morning..& It's a Gift! I write yet Another Song..& It's a Gift! I give my wife yet Another Kiss..I get to Share the Gifts! This is a Real Fun Planet..How I Got Here & oftentimes WHY I Got (& Stay) Here remain Fun Mysteries. Wife & I've "left" 2 Kids Behind, so our Biological Duties have been done here. About EVATHING Else I've ever Acquired on this Blue Ball'll get Auctioned Off someday.
Prolly all I can ever Hope to Leave Behind are about 1000-or-so Songs...many Un-Demoed. And a Few Good Friends, who'll hopefully Hoist One for me & Sing This Number, Eh? ;-)>
If God weren't a Party Animal, there just wouldn't be this much LIFE on this Fun Planet.
Amen, Brother, & a Big Sunday Mornin' Guy-Hug! Stan

Stan, I bet you never have a bad day. You're always around here, like Graham and some of the others just spreading your cheer. It's contagious. Thank goodness for it.

HIYa Special Lady Trish!
WISH alla my Days were SugarPlum-Soaked...or at least Zinfandel Drenched...but NAAH...I have Bad Days so often I NEED to Pen little Sanity-Savers like This'n---heh-heh!
Friday I had to Fire & Banish Arrogant #2 Son, Max. Just Inspired "DIVORCE YOUR KIDS" this Aftyoon...which I'll Post ASAP.
Saturday, Customer didn't show up to Claim a Fan Repair that took over 2 months to make right..after he'd dropped an Oldie we'd sold him. WAS hopin' he'd also drop off a Deposit on a $10K GFC he wants..'cuz it adds up to my Mortgage Payment on the 1st of March...& without him we're $2500 Short, barring Major Miracles.
So, heh, I have REAL Bad Days, On-Occasion, JUS' like Evabody Else. But Hey, It's ALL Song-Fodder, and Laughter IS the Best Medicine..& ya don't have to ship it in from CANADA to afford it, Either!
Stayin' BUSY also helps---just mowed the yard (No Help from Junior last 2 Months, Bless his lazy little Butt!) & now it's ON to the Potting Shed that's half-finished from Last Weekend!
Gorgeous Day to work, tho---(Thanks Deity!) Thanks for Your Kind Visit & The Shoulder to Moisten a Bit! ;-)> Big Weekend Hugs, Stan
