It is so hard...when you get older...I've started on my treadmill faithfully..Tricia...... I just plain don't like the extra weight either.....I used to be concerned about bein' thin...just to be thin....not anymore...I look at those two kids....and say I've Gotta..... good luck with it..hon....... We ought to have a weekly....JPF... pounds off board..on the general board..or somethin..'...I'll be one of your weight off buddies...if ya want.....(without having to weigh in....or anythin'...just...say...this week...2 lbs.....or somethin??????)... Thanks, Eddie. Hi, Anne. It's post holiday something, alright. I used to be so disciplined with exercise. I walked 2-4 miles 3 or 4 times/week. Then, when we started house hunting, selling, moving, etc.......I got all out of whack. Then, I started working a bunch of overtime, then I had plantar fascitis (which is very painful) for 6 months. I finally found my "umph" to get back to it like it is a religion.
