Has anyone else had similiar problems with accessing Apple's music store? Keep getting the message "Cant process your request at this time, please check your internet connection or try back later". This is so fustrating. I have been able to access a few times since i started using the IPOD in September but dont understand why this happens. I know this is a common problem since its listed on their website but doesnt give much help. Apple Support told me to try downloading Itunes 7 and then go to their Diagnostic pick which should be able to assist me in finding the problem. Problem is that windows internet explorer says it cant download this from the site? Any suggestions? Thank you. stephen www.stephenarout.com

I can't find my own cd on ITUNES but I know I'm there somewhere because I just sold a download the other day.

Stephen, The biggest culprit is probably your internet connection. It could also be the traffic going on at iTunes. A much better place to search and find answers would be Apple's Discussion group about iTunes for Windows. Here's the link: http://discussions.apple.com/category.jspa?categoryID=149You'll see the iTunes forum, I'd suggest clicking on the Windows side. Search it and see if anyone has had similar issues and how they got it resolved. Jody

Stephen, you may need to update your iTunes program. I just loaded a whole new one onto my desktop the other day.
