Gotcha added, Thom! ...I've added a policy on mine to respectfully request that friends I add have pages you'd call "PG" or less. This is 'cuz I have young kids at home and need to trust that my friends' pages will be family friendly. So far it's going OK. There's still the JPF boards, email, and messaging me back-n-forth via MySpace to keep in touch w/me if your page happens to be a little heavy in the content department, so no worries. Doesn't mean I don't like ya - I probably do  - just taking care of my family the way I feel I need to. I hold my kids to the same standard. Looks like I'm two pages behind in adding folks already! Wow! BTW, if you're asking for my add, please say you're from JPF! I'll get you plunked in my new, rockin' "JPF" category. Even if I know you - I'm awful brain-dead some days, so just remind me if I missed getting you in the right category. Cool beans? Linda

Hey there... a little troubleshooting! Black Ether - you're not taking add requests from bands. You'll have to add *us* unless you change that setting. You're not taking messages from non-friends either... so... you may be missing out on some JPF folks trying to be your pal! Casey Fallen - Ditto! Donna Spencer - I needed your last name/email to send a friend request, and "Spencer" apparently wasn't it! Let us know what to put in there so we can add you - or, send us requests if you want us added! Thanks! Loved your background layout and cool sound, though. I wish bands/artists would stick to the "grass roots" ideas that Myspace was founded on. I also wish that, when I first set up my profile in 2005, I had spent more time developing it then I did. I basically ignored it for a year, seeing it as a waste of time. When I looked again in 2006, I found a thriving, vibrant community that was aligned with most major commercial outlets including the budding YouTube. I am proud to say, though, that all of my +19k page views were by actual people and not some computer-generated software (yes, you can buy software that increases your page views). Cheers ~Nick It's weird... I get multiple spams per day from folks asking me to sign up for "myspace" lists. It's probably now the biggest source of spam annoyance on the web these days, at least for me. I am surprised to see so many folks on it. Because of the volume of them I get, I generally delete all of them on site now.

I just had to pop back in and say, as I've been adding you guys to my Friends list over here, that I'm hearing some AMAZING TALENT. Not that there isn't talent on the boards here already - I'm just saying - y'all are blowing me away. There are some brilliant artists here. Everybody: you should be checking out all these pages. Even if you just came in to post your own site. Jody Stevens - not to single you out too much or anything - but I was so impressed, I sent your link to a young friend of mine who's really into country music. I'm not much of a "new country" fan, so if you can make me sit down and listen to your whole playlist, when I'm not even "into" the genre - you've got something there. Love your drums/percussion.
