Hey everyone!
What a great forum this is! I'm so pleased I found it as I really need some help/advice.
I have written a couple of songs and need help putting a melody to them. Which part of the forum should I post in???

Welcome!
If you post your lyrics on the lyrics forum, they will be seen by many and if someone likes them, they may put a melody and music to it. You would get more views there. I put melodies to people's lyrics and sing them and I find them in lyrics and I have done poems (creative writing forum) as well. Just my opinion. Nice folks here, have fun!!

Welcome, Rockchick! I'm a "rock chick" myself!  Yeah, post them on the Lyrics forums, and also post on the songwriter message forum stating that you need someone to put melody to your lyrics. Good luck and have fun! This is a great place to hang out!

Welcome! I'm glad you found us. This truly is a great bunch of folks here. Post to the lyrics boards mostly. They get a lot of attention. I write lyrics and have found a wonderful few who have helped me get music and melodies. I look forward to reading your work. Have fun!
