This has to be the worst. Does anybody disagree? It was a hit record in 1968. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9JZ4aLBjzFI

Disagree?! You're not even close! For at least they could sing. ''Listen to this: (and even their horrendous attitudes are better than their "singing")! http://xfactor.tellymix.co.uk/watch?video_id=160

Ben, definitely not the worst. Actually, I kinda like the tune. Real catchy. And they both have good voices. John, that video was so painful to watch, I switched it off before the end. How did those girls reach a point of being selected to join in the competition? Surely it was a set-up? Anyway, pretty horrific on a number of levels. Donna

Blimey Ben! If you think this is the worst duet you really should get out more It’s a fun song and if I remember correctly it was a #1 hit (I know that doesn’t necessarily make it great but it is by no means even close to being the worst) If you want bad duets. Johnny Cash and Fiona Apple’s Bridge Over Troubled Water takes some beating. It’s painful.

OK OK. Maybe not the worst, but pretty cheesy huh? I heard it on the radio last night and couldn't believe that it was a hit in 68'.

Johnny D., interesting but pathetic video. I should have mentioned that I mean't the worst duet that actually made the charts. Your example is just typical Simon Cowell exploitation. So, let's make this a thread of the worst chart making duets.
