I set up a Facebook page about three years ago as a "public figure" instead of a "music" page. Facebook recently added the option to change the type of fan page to active pages, so I changed mine from "public figure" to "musician/band". However, I have several friends who set up music pages recently with streaming music (similar to MySpace) on their page, along with shows, etc. I can't figure out how to enable that on mine, and I REALLY don't want to have to set up a new page. Is there a way to activate those features without creating a new page? Thanks so much!

Hi Ryan .. I admit... i found it to be very confusing. I have a profile page, but set up a musician/band page ..name it Joanne Lurgio music so it would not be confused with the Joanne Lurgio profile page .. In order to show my music I ended up going with "MY BAND" tab .. "reverbnation" .. i can upload all music and my gigs. It actually appears to be another great networking tool. Not sure of other options, but this works for me .. and like you, I do not want to set up another page! Good Luck to you Joanne PS .. I am NOT a facebook expert .. LOL

Hi Ryan
There are 2 ways you can do it. You can enable the Facebook music app and upload there or you can link to your site. For example Soundclick has both Twitter and Facebook buttons, you just click on the one you want and your song is posted (if you are not logged on it will prompt you).
