I like it. The guitar makes it, but to me it doesnt remind me of Sinatra.
You do have the swing feel, but It's more folk singer songwriter ish than crooner ish.
Not that a song cant be about anyting, but Im not sure it;s the right music.
Could easily change the lyric, write a new onel, and use this lyric for something else.
Nice performance.

I like the feel of this. The lyric brings to mind a clear atmosphere of where he is. I wonder about this line: “he thought he saw Ava.” It’s nit picky, but how do you know? What action does he do that an observer would know that? Just something to think about.
The story is a cool idea for a song! Enjoyed it!

This has been on my radar for a few days. You songs have a happy vibe to them that I really like. Great guitar work. Nice song too. Bridge is VERY cool.
