First TS was born December 13, 1989 so she's 25.

On Bad Blood, Great for Taylor, when I first heard Bad Blood on the radio I honestly wasn't that impressed, though when I first saw the video I was. The video looks like a Quentin Tarantino Kill Bill movie. It was amazing how many stars appeared in it.

Taylor did it again. An artists power comes from having one hit after the other. That is what TS has done and keeps doing.

Many country artists wish they could cross over and become pop artists. Pop / top 40 is a bigger format, more stations and more money. Name one country who besides TS who has successfully crossed over into pop as opposed to have a country chart that winds up on the pop charts. Garth Brooks alias Chris Gaines was a total flop.

Taylor's brilliance comes from:

1) crafting songs that her fans love, ones they totally relate to, that touches on issues they face.

2) being a marketing genius and thriving while winning the publicity game, one radio person said she's got this crazy charisma she hadn't seen since Garth. Many radio people told me she follows up meetings with hand written thank you notes.

3) gaining the approval of parents who purchase CDs, downloads and concert tickets for their children. She creates products and music they approve of and maintained a good reputation, so far she hasn't self destructed.

"During a Rolling Stones interview, Tay was asked about the identity of the person in the song, “Bad Blood.” She responded by saying, “We’re just straight-up enemies.” She also noted that this “mystery person” tried to sabotage her arena tour. Last year, three of Taylor’s dancers left mid tour to work for Katy Perry. It isn’t hard to connect the dots and figure out who this song is about!

However, Katy is reportedly aware of the song! Taylor said this mean girl “wasn’t nice to her” and “she would insult her in private, then publicly say ‘I love you.'”
