Hi JAPOV,
This is my first condensor microphone. I bought a TASCAM DP-32SD, so I wanted to find an appropriate microphone for my voice.
I connected a dynamic microphone and got the same results.
I don't really have a vocal style. Mosty what I believe I'm doing is trying to create decent demos. For now, I just want to get to the point where the vocals are audible. After that, I'll be wanting to tweak them so that I don't cringe (too much) when I hear them.
I'm looking at the article you pointed me to, especially since I want to be able to use the phantom powered one as it's best intended to be used for.
Thanks,
Dan

"We are all millionaires, billionaires even, because right now we have today. And today is worth more than all the wealth we can imagine. So spend today wisely. Spend tomorrow wisely. Enjoy the wealth of today, and realize it is worth far more than all the money and possessions of tomorrow and beyond." -Brian Austin Whitney
