The great thing about this service (Lalals) is that it only gets halfway to that synthesized voice unless you are already copying that singers style to begin with. In other words, you can't sound completely like Elvis unless you're doing an Elvis impersonation. Then Lalals will take you the rest of the way. Otherwise, it'll just "kinda" sound like Elvis, using your voice, which means no lawsuits and totally legal!

I'm very impressed with the quality and it really does change the voice quite a bit. You need to feed it clean, reverb free isolated vocal recordings for it to work really well. If you feed it out-of-tune singing, you will end up with out-of-tune singing in the selected style.

This service also means that even if ten people here all started using Solaria, it doesn't necessarily mean that her voice will be the final voice we end up putting on our recordings.
