Anthroponotic Disease (Anthroponosis) & Sapronoses - Microbiology Class The term anthroponotic refers to diseases that are transmissible from humans to other animals. Specifically, it describes infectious diseases where the disease-causing agent carried by humans is transferred to other animals, potentially causing the same or different diseases in those animals. This concept is the opposite of zoonosis, where diseases are transmitted from animals to humans. Interesting... carry on you unbelievable men.
