then the song would be directly quoting a political figure and therefore decidely political.

Andy had an affair with the co star , So leave religion out of it , Probably by the ole fishing hole when Opie wasn't looking. its in Aunt Beas diary . Gomer had an affair with Anne Margret and Faye Dunaway. The barber had tourettes and said hillbilly all the time . Barney had an affair with a whale at Marine World . That actually gave him the idea of playing a fish in that movie. Well that last joke is a stretch on a whale .
