I lost old email with all my Lyrics Gary . Jesus is in the middle of, not the girl , thanks man. But thats real close Gary Most people think songwriters live in Nashville high-rises or Hollywood hills. Truth is, I live in a small town where everybody waves, the gas station clerk knows your name, and the hills get quiet at night. About 2,000 people, give or take. That’s home to me. I spend a lot of my life driving into big cities for work. Seven hours some days staring at brake lights, concrete, angry horns, and people in a hurry to get nowhere. Somewhere between those miles, I write songs on my phone sitting in a holder on the dash. Hooks, verses, strange thoughts, stories about life — they all show up rolling down the highway. But the best part of the day is seeing that sign: “Welcome to Lake County.” That’s when my shoulders drop and the world starts making sense again. Back to God’s country. Back to open air, old roads, quiet mornings, and enough peace to hear your own thoughts again. I’m not some polished robot built in a music factory. I’ve got flaws like everybody else. I get tired, stubborn, sarcastic, hopeful, and sometimes flat-out lost. But maybe that’s what makes a real singer-songwriter. You live a little life, take a few hits, survive some train wrecks, and turn it into a song somebody else understands. That’s all I’ve ever tried to do. — Elvis Nash https://www.facebook.com/elvisnashofficial/

We’re all built from the same dust and dreams, Different roads, but the same means.

"The standard by which I now measure the things in my life is the following: If I was on my death bed, or if I knew I had a short time to live, would this issue be important? If the answer is no.. I don't sweat it at all. If the answer is Yes, you better believe it goes to the front of the order of today's business!" -Brian Austin Whitney
