I agree 100% with everything Gary said..this could play nicely over opening credits ....this song also proves a point I've been making for a few years....if someone is a talented songwriter/musician they will always produce great songs using AI Steve First off, I'd like to send a big thank you to everybody who has given me feedback so far. All of it has been very useful to me. This is what this site used to look like, and it's great to see that spirit is still alive. I was together with a bunch of friends this weekend and noticed how many of them communicated through their eyes. It made me realize that my wife and I do the same thing quite often. I thought that would make an interesting song topic and started jotting down a few lines. Once the lyrics began to take shape, I started thinking about what kind of music would best support them. As it happened, "Smooth Operator" was playing in the background. That's basically how this song started. Thanks, Steve. I really appreciate your comments. I've always viewed AI as another tool in the toolbox, but it still starts with the song. Your comment about my songwriting means a lot. Years ago, when I was fortunate enough to write with Andrew Gold in L.A., he encouraged me in much the same way, so your words brought back some good memories. I'm glad the writing connected with you, and I appreciate your thoughts about its potential for film or TV placement.

"If someone is truly a jerk, or truly is not deserving of any positive reply from you, polite indifference is the best response you can give. Do not insult. Do not slam. Do not follow the urge to be nasty. Simply be politely indifferent." –Brian Austin Whitney
