“Over My Head” is about that feeling - the weight of adulthood, the pressure we carry, and the quiet moments when you lie awake wondering, Is this really what life is supposed to feel like? For this song I used a very complex Suno prompt that worked quite well: Modern emotional pop, female lead vocalist, intimate and vulnerable verses building into a powerful, catchy chorus. Contemporary radio production with a polished electronic-pop sound, warm synth pads, subtle pulsing bass, crisp programmed drums and atmospheric textures. Verses sparse and conversational, gradually adding layers. Pre-chorus builds tension and anticipation. Chorus opens wide with a strong melodic hook, layered harmonies and emotional vocal lift. Dark undertone but not hopeless; reflective, relatable and ultimately human. Dynamic arrangement with brief moments of space before the chorus. Mid-tempo, around 105 BPM. Clean modern production, memorable melody, natural expressive vocals, no excessive vocal runs. OVER MY HEADhttps://soundclick.com/song/15328685[Instrumental Intro] [Verse] When I was young, the days were mine No deadlines hanging on the line A little cash, a lot of time And everything was looking fine [Pre-Chorus] Then life begins to change its pace The easy days begin to fade You take on more, you give away And lose a little every day [Chorus] It’s all growing over my head Wish I could pause, catch my breath Pressure builds till no room’s left Every touch becomes a mess Yeah, it’s all growing over my head [Break] [Verse] Then came the kids, then came the years School and doctors, hopes and fears You love them more than words can say Now all the weight is in your way [Pre-Chorus] Another bill, another test No time to breathe, no time to rest You sign your name, you cross the line And trade your youth for borrowed time [Chorus] It’s all growing over my head Wish I could pause, catch my breath Pressure builds till no room’s left Every touch becomes a mess Yeah, it’s all growing over my head [Bridge] People say you're doing well You hide your issues so they can't tell Lying wide awake at night You wonder if this is really life [Final chorus] It’s all growing over my head Wish I could pause, catch my breath Pressure builds till no room’s left Every touch becomes a mess Yeah, it’s all growing over my head [Outro] It’s all growing over my head
