Anyone,
Could there be any legal ramifications in doing a song that utilizes the name of a particular movie as the title/hook? That is, the song title is not only the same as the movie but SPECIFICALLY refers to that movie in relation to something that happened in the singer's life. (per the song plot)
The film in question is 50 years old (if that makes a difference) but I know that Fox must have the rights to it since they're still putting it out on video.
