Hey Linda, Thanks for your condolences...it was frustrating, but I figure it's part of "the process". And THEIR loss -- ha ha! PLEASE don't knock yourself out getting back to me with these answers....I just happened to see this thread yesterday, and they're questions I have long-wondered about....but I am in no hurry. Take your time, eat your dinner, do it piecemeal, whatever's easiest for you. The fact that you're responding to this at all is very generous. Talk to you soon, SOMEWHERE around here!!  Beth
