Wow Linda, You are certainly a marvel. Thank you so much for your very comprehensive answers. So now, here's the rub...I want to start working on my prose again! While waiting at the doctor's office yesterday, I cast aside WebMD and went for Family Circle....I saw a couple of articles and thought, man, I could write a better one. NOW with you offering this information, I feel like the fire is in my gut again. As a point of reference, SOMEWHERE on this thread are a couple of my humor pieces. I didn't realize this thread was intended more for short pieces, so they didn't get much response, but I'll try to find them, bump them up, and see what you think. THANKS SO MUCH!! Beth And Kaley, Wow, what a great story! Everything really does happen for a reason....when intent and desire and opportunity collide like that, it is no coincidence  .
