My all-time favorite guitar has been my '53 tele that I have played for over 30 years, but I have retired it and just recently bought a Mexican tele because I miss playing my old one out in public. My new tele is a fine guitar that I bought in factory new condition from a school girl who couldn't have played it for more than two weeks before giving up on it. It came with an excellent string height setup, and I gave it an intonation setup right away. It has been played so little that I haven't even changed the strings yet, and I am sure it came from the store with the ones it has!

In recent years I have played almost exclusively finger-picked acoustic guitar and in June I got a Collings 000-2H which is one of the finest guitars I have ever had the pleasure to play. I have other guitars, but my old tele and my Collings mean everything to me.
