I'd suggest uploading the jpeg to a site such as Photobucket (it's free). Once it's uploaded, you can copy the URL link there, paste it in here like this:
[img]paste_the_link_here[/img]

In the above example, "paste_the_link_here" would be something like: http://i525.photobucket.com/albums/cc331/rockndrtom/Hawaiianslides-WeissenbornKonastyle.jpg

you just have to put [img] in front, and [/img] in back.
