Hello. I am wondering why someone who is obviously intelligent and well-spoken even would have any trouble unless he tried to relate to types of women who would rather date a different type of person?
One communication tool I can offer as assistance is to try to find the things you and the female have in common and talk about those things. Finding things in common creates a shared reality and THAT leads to more communication, which can create admiration.
Most of all, don't go into it with a defeated attitude. To think is to create. Visualize yourself with a great girlfriend with all the traits you'd like in an ideal mate. Get clear on what you want in a woman. Then, go and find her.
Best of luck to you.
