If I wrote this, it would be something like:
Someone gave me a guitar
from a rock n roll band
it was painted kinda wacky
I wouldn't want it in my hand
So I got a stripper
a two dollar stripper
and I took those stripes right off of the wood

I made the g'tar look like it should.
